WE CONSERVE savings (2006-present):

Energy modeling and retro-commissioning of 2 million square feet of space in 5 buildings
Reconditioning of buildings and utilities distribution systems
More efficient steam and chilled water production
Fume hood upgrade and "right sizing" program
Power management for computers
Lighting retrofit of buildings and parking ramps
Laboratory efficiency and safety review programs
Operations review and more aggressive scheduling of building systems

Important Outcomes:

Identification of opportunities for significant reduction in electricity, steam, chilled water, and domestic water usage resulting in:

Annual energy savings = $3.7 million
Annual CO2 reduction = 28,000 tons
